Yes โ we offer telehealth statewide throughout Illinois for most services. Some services, including reunification therapy, are in-person only.
Reunification therapy is a specialized form of therapy focused on repairing the relationship between a child and an estranged parent following separation or divorce. It is individualized, held in person, and a waitlist may apply.
A custody evaluation is a formal, structured assessment of the needs of children and the parenting abilities of each parent, used to inform court custody decisions. We accept court-ordered evaluations only. A waitlist may apply.
The Plot Twist is something we built from the ground up โ and weโre proud of every part of it. Each month brings a curated theme, an expert speaker in that space, a hand-picked book, and a room full of women who actually get it. Not therapy. Not a support group. Something entirely its own โ bespoke, intentional, and designed to meet mothers navigating divorce exactly where they are. Monthly slots fill fast. Call 708-303-8641 to get on the list.
Yes โ this is one of our core areas of expertise. Our practice is trained in coercive control and can identify it, understand how it shows up in legal and family systems, and help clients navigate it safely.

Co-Parenting Support is for separated or divorced parents who are working to improve communication and reduce conflict while parenting together. Itโs collaborative and focuses on centering the kids.
Parallel Parenting is for situations where direct communication between parents isnโt safe or productive โ high conflict, coercive control, or safety concerns. Parents disengage from each other but remain present in the childโs life through a structured, minimal-contact framework.
Custody Evaluations are court-ordered formal assessments that examine the needs of the children and the parenting capabilities of each parent. The results inform the courtโs custody decision. This is not therapy โ it is a forensic process.
Somatic-influenced therapy recognizes that the body holds stress, trauma, and emotion โ not just the mind. Rather than focusing exclusively on talk therapy, somatic-influenced approaches pay attention to physical sensations, nervous system responses, and how the body holds and processes experience. At BCW, we weave somatic awareness into our clinical work because healing is not just cognitive. It lives in the body too.
Yes โ we run ongoing support groups across seven categories: Divorce & Separation, Musicians & Industry, Reinvention & Growth, Anxiety & Wellness, Trauma & Recovery, High-Profile & Executives, and Teens. Additional groups are announced quarterly. Visit the What We Do page or call us to find out whatโs currently running.
Yes โ we work with businesses, nonprofits, record labels, management companies, venues, touring crews, and organizations to build custom groups, workshops, and wellness events.
